Anthony is a partner of the firm and specialises in all aspects of residential property law.  His particular areas of experise are freehold and leasehold land, small developments, flats, setting up management companies, equity sharing, right to buy schemes, remortgages and equity transfers.

Anthony joined Gard & Co. in 2003 as associate solicitor before being promoted to head of the conveyancing department and subsequently to partner.

Anthony completed his solicitor’s finals at Guildford College of Law and articled at Plymouth firm Lipsons before being admitted as a solicitor in 1988.  Prior to joining Gard & Co. he worked as a partner at Lipsons and an associate solicitor at Thompson and Jackson.
