Robert is a partner of the firm specialising in both contentious and non contentious matters arising in the wills and probate area.  He concentrates on wills, powers of attorney and trusts, advising the elderly, tax planning,  the provision of executorship services, administering estates and court of protection work.

Robert has previous experience in the areas of civil rights, immigration and criminal law and is a member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS).
