Robert took over much of the workload of Michael Prout when he joined Gard & Co. in 2007.
 
He deals with both contentious and non contentious matters arising in the wills and probate area.  He concentrates on wills, powers of attorney and trusts, advising the elderly, tax planning,  the provision of executorship services, administering estates and court of protection work.

Robert has previous experience in the areas of civil rights, immigration and criminal law.
