Stephen specialises in non contentious commercial property matters.  His areas of expertise include freehold and leasehold properties, business transfer deals, re-financing schemes and high value mortgage business.
 
Since qualifying as a solicitor in Somerset in 1977 Stephen has practised for nearly his entire 30 year career in Plymouth and has an excellent understanding of the area and its particular requirements.  In that time he has dealt with a whole range of local businesses from sole traders to limited companies.
