new solicitor joins conveyancing team
Gard & Co. has increased the size of its conveyancing team and welcomes Natalie Barham to its Plymouth office.
On joining the firm Natalie said, 'In today’s contracting market it is a pleasure to be able to join a conveyancing team that is thriving.'
Natalie joins Gard & Co. from Ashfords LLP, where she was involved in a varied caseload including conveyancing and commercial matters. At Gard & Co. she will specialise in residential Conveyancing dealing with freehold and leasehold land, flats, shared ownership, equity transfers, remortgages, right to buy schemes, small developments and setting up management companies.
