Wendy Holmes won the lifetime achievement award and is pictured with Gary Whitaker, partner at Gard & Co., who said, “We believe it is important to acknowledge and celebrate the unsung heroes of our community.  People like Wendy who dedicate their time to helping others without thinking about themselves or reward deserve recognition and the Pride of Plymouth awards is a perfect celebration of those achievements.   Gard & Co. is a local firm helping local people and we are proud to be associated with the Pride of Plymouth awards.”

Wendy is chairman and director of The Wranglers theatre company, where she works tirelessly.   Through her efforts she brings laughter to many lives and always puts others before herself. The company puts on four shows per year and Wendy is at a rehearsal or meeting almost every night of the week.
