Plymouth solicitor achieves Conveyancing Quality accreditation
Gard & Co. have become one of the first two solicitor firms in Plymouth to be accredited under The Law Society’s new Conveyancing Quality Scheme.
The Conveyancing Quality Scheme has been designed to give clients and lenders a recognisable kitemark for conveyancing firms. It is based on a new Law Society protocol which aims to achieve consistent standards in order to speed up the conveyancing process and provide more certainty for buyers and sellers.
On receiving news of the accreditation, Steven Hudson, managing partner at Gard & Co., said, “I am very pleased that Gard & Co. has passed
