The documents are then compiled at our office so we have complete control of the pack production.

If you instruct us to carry out the conveyancing work on your sale we will only ask you to cover the costs of the searches and other third party costs involved in the HIP. We will charge you nothing for the time we spend in arranging for the searches, etc... or for compiling and producing the HIP. The cost of the searches, etc... in the HIP varies depending on where the property is. For more details please contact us.

The cost for a stand alone HIP is £100 + VAT + the cost of searches, etc... If you require a stand alone HIP please contact us for an accurate estimate.
