A partner of the firm, Natalie specialises in residential conveyancing. Her areas of expertise include freehold and leasehold land, flats, shared ownership, equity transfers, remortgages, right to buy schemes and small developments.
Natalie has been practicing in the South West since 2005 and transferred from Exeter to Plymouth in 2008.
Outside of work, Natalie was Chair of the Women In Property South West Devon & Cornwall (Satellite) branch and has founded a Mums Networking Group for which she organises monthly events. She loves watching rugby, reading horror stories and going to gigs and musicals. She has an eclectic mix of pets (three dogs, a guinea pig, an axolotl, an African pygmy hedgehog, a tortoise and a leopard gecko) and has a sweet tooth.
‘I can highly recommend Natalie as a conveyancing solicitor. She was able to assist with the sale of the family home and, as time was a huge constraint, she worked extremely hard to ensure that the sale, from start to finish, took just 6 weeks. As I was so impressed with the sale I contacted her recently to assist me with the purchase of a home. I have no doubt that I will be as happy with the service I receive on this occasion too.’ Mrs T, Plymouth
‘My wife and I have dealt with Natalie on two occasions, once to buy our first home in 2012 and the other for the sale of that home and the purchase of another in 2016. On both occasions we found her to be professional, efficient and proactive. She removed a lot of the stress involved with moving, keeping us updated at regular intervals without being chased. We also found her to be very good at identifying key information and explaining it to us, rather than bombarding us with every little detail. I cannot recommend her highly enough.’ Mr H, Plymouth
