Plymouth Legal Walk 2017 image of Hoe in the wet

Our intrepid team completed the Plymouth Legal Walk to raise money for local advice services on a very wet October evening!

The walk was organised by the South West Legal Support Trust, whose aim is to improve access to justice for the most vulnerable in society by raising funds and distributing them to organisations that support those who need legal help but cannot afford it. Click for a Case study.

The team, comprised of Natalie Barham, Amy Paterson, Amy Douch, Kathyrn Fanous and Katie Beauchamp (and not forgetting Gilbert the Bassett Hound and Gard Ted), sloshed around the city sights on the 10km sponsored walk.  The weather was grim but the team were determined and managed to raise a fantastic £262.00, which with the gift aid will amount to a whopping £316.25 for this wonderful charity.

We’ve attached some pictures showing just how lovely the city is when filtered by rain and fog!  All leading to the warming win of a bottle of champagne at the end (not to mention the welcomed drying out)!”
