Jodie obtained her LLB (Hons) degree in Law in 2015 at Plymouth University before joining Gard & Co Solicitors as a Legal Assistant in the residential conveyancing department, where she continued her professional development and assistance to the department. Whilst working as a full-time assistant Jodie studied the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, Bristol and received her qualification in 2019.
During her training contract Jodie worked in both the family and personal injury teams, returning to the conveyancing team for her final seat, where she consolidates her experience following her admission as a solicitor in September 2022.
Jodie enjoys raising money for charity and was part of the charity committee. She has taken part in a variety of fun runs in aid of different charities including The Commando 10k Challenge and The Inflatable 5k Run.
In her spare time Jodie loves photography, keeping active, exploring new places, meeting new people and spending time with her family.
